Information on this site
Service descriptions on this site are general. The scope, schedule and price of any service are set in a written quote or service agreement, which prevails over anything on this website.
Quotes and requests
Submitting a form does not create a contract. A service begins only once a quote or agreement has been accepted by both you and LIMPIO.
Licensed trades
LIMPIO is not a licensed trade contractor. Where work requires a licence in Québec, LIMPIO may coordinate qualified, licensed professionals but does not perform that work itself.
LIMPIO OS
Access to LIMPIO OS is provided to LIMPIO team members and to clients whose service arrangement includes it. Login credentials are personal and must be kept confidential. Service records shared through secure links are intended for the recipient and the people they choose to share them with.
Intellectual property
The LIMPIO name, logo, text and design of this site belong to LIMPIO and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
We work to keep this site accurate and available but cannot guarantee it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent permitted by law, LIMPIO is not liable for damages arising from the use of this website.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Québec and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
