What we collect

Information you provide in our forms: your name, email, phone number, company, details about the property or space, the service you're interested in, your preferred contact method and your message.

Information about how you reached us: the page where you arrived, the referring website, and campaign parameters such as UTM tags or advertising click identifiers (for example gclid or fbclid) present in the link you followed.

Technical information: your browser's user agent, and a one-way hashed version of your IP address used only to prevent abuse of our forms. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.

Why we use it

To respond to your request, prepare a quote, and provide the services you ask for.

To understand which pages and campaigns bring us requests, so we can improve the site and our advertising.

To protect our forms against spam and abuse.

If you opt in, to send you occasional LIMPIO updates. You can withdraw that consent at any time.

Cookies and similar technologies

Essential storage keeps the site working and remembers your cookie choice. Analytics and advertising technologies (such as Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) are only activated if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer.

Before you make a choice, we keep the campaign information from the link you followed only for your current browsing session, so that a request you send can be attributed to the right page.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. We use service providers to operate this website and to store the requests you send us. Requests are currently stored with our website hosting provider (Netlify). We also use email services and, if you consent, analytics and advertising platforms. Some of these providers may process information outside Québec; we choose providers that offer adequate protection. If we change providers, we will update this policy.

Retention

We keep requests for as long as needed to respond to them and manage any resulting client relationship, and then delete or anonymise them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You may ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw your consent, or ask us to stop disseminating it, by writing to contact@getlimpio.ca. You may also file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.

LIMPIO OS

LIMPIO OS, our operations platform, is a separate application with its own access controls. This policy covers the public website.
